Every Encryptionizer license includes a Support and Maintenance plan in the first year. Your plan gives you direct access to our engineering team, software updates, and the ability to move installations as your infrastructure evolves.
In order to be eligible for software updates and patches in any support plan year, you must maintain a continuous, uninterrupted support plan. To ensure the best level of service, Support Plan renewals are automatically invoiced each year unless you inform us prior to expiration. Support renewals are considered completed upon full payment. Renewal ensures access to the latest software, as well as continuous protection should an issue arise. Discounts on annual support plans are available if more than a single year is purchased at one time.
In order for a machine to receive a Permanent License Activation, the license must be covered by a current support and maintenance plan. This includes new activations needed due to transfers to new machines or Operating System upgrades. Only licenses under a current support and maintenance plan are eligible for license transfers and OS upgrades. Note: License Activations are tied to machine characteristics. Major changes to machine characteristics may deactivate the license.
