for Encryptionizer

Every Encryptionizer license includes a Support and Maintenance plan in the first year. Your plan gives you direct access to our engineering team, software updates, and the ability to move installations as your infrastructure evolves.

Support Hours
Submit a support request via our Support form 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or via phone message to our general support line at 1-877-367-1177 option 3.
Response
You will hear back from us within 1 business day. You will receive a regular status report on any open question or problem.
Liaison
Name up to two people authorized to work directly with our support staff.
Online Help
Access all web-based support resources including our full Knowledge Base.

Ability to move installations to new machines after initial installation — for machine upgrades, OS migrations, etc. ★★★
Emergency Response
24/7 production emergency response available by phone on a cost-per-incident basis. Response within one hour.
$300 for the first ½ hour or portion thereof
$150 each additional ½ hour
Plus sales tax where applicable
Subject to 25% upcharge if outside M–F 8am–8pm US ET. Fee may be waived if the emergency was caused by a flaw in the Encryptionizer software.
Attended Sessions
Installation, upgrade, or other planned changes via remote session. Requires a scheduled appointment with at least two business days notice.
$300 for the first ½ hour or portion thereof
$150 each additional ½ hour
Minimum charge $500, plus sales tax where applicable
Subject to 25% upcharge (min. total $750) if scheduled outside M–F 8am–8pm US ET.
Not Included
Attended installation, configuration and upgrades, application coding or testing, script analysis or testing, or anything not directly related to Encryptionizer and its functionality. These may incur the same cost structure as Attended Sessions above.

In order to be eligible for software updates and patches in any support plan year, you must maintain a continuous, uninterrupted support plan. To ensure the best level of service, Support Plan renewals are automatically invoiced each year unless you inform us prior to expiration. Support renewals are considered completed upon full payment. Renewal ensures access to the latest software, as well as continuous protection should an issue arise. Discounts on annual support plans are available if more than a single year is purchased at one time.

In order for a machine to receive a Permanent License Activation, the license must be covered by a current support and maintenance plan. This includes new activations needed due to transfers to new machines or Operating System upgrades. Only licenses under a current support and maintenance plan are eligible for license transfers and OS upgrades. Note: License Activations are tied to machine characteristics. Major changes to machine characteristics may deactivate the license.
